Per the bylaws of the IOW Country Club, dba IOW Community Club, the board of directors is made up of 7 members. The 7 members are nominated by the membership, as board positions come up for re-election. They are vetted by the current board and then presented to the membership. At the first annual meeting of the new year a vote occurs with all membership present or by proxy. Votes are tallied and announced at that membership meeting. Once all 7 board positions have been filled, the new board will then work as a team to determine which elected board members will fill each of the roles: President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and 3 voting Members at Large.
